Renu was very upset with Ranjit and was shouting on him. Raja was also not spared by her though. She gave ultimatum that now onwards everyone in the home will have to do his/her own work. Raja and Ranjit were definitely got troubled due to this. If it was not all over, Ranjit was asked sleep in Raja’s room, where the fan was also not working fine. Seems the doom’s day is coming nearer for Raja and Ranjit. You got to see the expressions on the face of Shafi and Rakesh in this scene and you believe how good actors they are. Swaroop is also convincing in this scene.

The next morning when Raja awoke and came out of room, he found Sheela doing Yoga. Raja was looking for a chance to impress her and he got it. He told her that he also knows Yoga and is fond of the same. However Raja’s body tells how good and regular he is at Yoga. He asks Sheela to teach him Yoga. She plays a prank with him. It was not over and Ranjit came there. Of course, he too was in search of a chance to impress Sheela. He have decided to do Yoga with them, by pretending that he used to do Yoga earlier in his life. Raja takes the chance and plays the same prank on Ranjit (which Sheela played on him).

Then they needed to do meditation. It is interesting to see it on your own, you got to love the expression on Shafi and Rakesh’s face there. The scene is well written and well executed. It seems very realistic and authentic. The actress playing Sheela is under-performing though. She had a long way to go. She looks artificial.

Renu comes there to invite Sheela for the breakfast and she got the joy of the moments. Raja got disappointed by hearing that Renu was serious about what she told the previous day and she prepared breakfast for herself and Sheela only. He asks Ranjit that the situations are worst and he need to do something. He reminds Ranjit that he invited Keshwani and his wife on dinner today!

Ranjit and Raja ultimately enters into the kitchen. The kitchen is very authentic, and resembles a real kitchen in any middle class family. See how the things arranged there, and you also got to see the paint on wooden boxes are faded. The art director worked really well here. It is fun to see Raja and Ranjit preparing breakfast for them.

The breakfast table scene gives an opportunity to all the actors to perform, Shafi, Rakesh and Swaroop grabs the opportunity and works well.

Anyway, Ranjit and Raja got to get ready for the day and Renu refused to help them in that as well.

At evening when Mrs. Keshwani came, she got to know about the 100rs. bet and was able to know how and why her husband behaved so (at previous dinner). They decided to teach these men a lesson. The rest of the episode does that well.

This episode takes a satirical look on the typical husbands who believes that wife should be controlled and has to obey him. And yes, women’s liberation is not about harassing men as well. It is about the gender equality and respect the lady for the efforts she made to run the home and take care of everyone in the family. And yes, there is a fantastic dialog in this episode There is no better gem in the world than the understanding husband.

Satish Shah, Rakesh Bedi and Shafi Inamdar are the top performers followed by Swaroop Sampat. The background music is a positive addition. The authenticity of the set is already mentioned. Almost every scene is written perfectly. And the dialog writer deserves a mention. Overall very funny yet message giving episode. The DVD quality makes it a good buy.

Our personal verdict: One should go for such natural sitcoms (which explores real people and real incidents) which can be viewed together with the family.
